Election of the Employee Shareholders’ Representative Director on Veolia’s Board: See You in 2026

From 21 to 30 January 2026, employee shareholders of Veolia Environnement will be called upon to elect their Representative Director to the Board of Directors. This election marks a key milestone in the Group’s governance. As employees have become Veolia’s leading shareholder, their representation plays a crucial role in strategic dialogue, in safeguarding the interests of employee shareholders, and in shaping the company’s long-term vision.

In this context, the Association of Veolia Environnement Shareholders (AAVE) announces the candidacy of Jean-Christophe Taret as principal candidate, with Sandra Cortese as alternate, for the 2026–2030 term. Their initiative reflects the continuity of AAVE’s commitment to promoting an informed, supported and sustainably represented employee shareholding at the highest level of corporate governance.

The vote will be conducted through a fully digital process, enabling all employee shareholders to participate easily and securely. Beyond the ballot itself, this election underscores the importance of employee shareholding as a driver of shared value creation and active participation in shaping the future of the Group.
